Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA) Trusted Third Party
CNI is a CALEA Trusted Third Party (TTP) provider. As a premier provider we can assist you to gain or maintain CALEA compliance for facility-based broadband provider data services, based on Safe Harbor standards as defined by the Federal Communications Commission for Broadband ISP Services.
As part of this service we provide:
- Data network engineering session – to ensure the proper solution and ongoing support in providing Trusted Third-Party services using CNI owned mediation devices
- Warrant management
- Handling and verification of legitimacy
- Initial testing and periodic testing due to network re-arrangement
- Trusted Third Party Services will be provided as defined by the Federal Communications Commission per FCC 06-56
